MEETING TIME IS 11:00 A.M. - RIDE OUT AT 11:30 A.M. (lunch DURING THE RIDE at location TBD.)
Ride to end of bike path which is about 27 miles (round trip) and flat and turns around in Redondo Beach (option to turn around at Hermosa or Manhattan Beach). This is an easy ride and is fine for those of you just getting back out there- as you can do as much as you want and, it's pretty much flat and scenic. No one is left behind, and we LOVE BEGINNERS!! Our friendly members will inspire and coach you!
If you are an intermediate or advanced cyclist we urge you to come out and share you experiences, help a beginner, and bring your FAT TIRE bike so you can get the workout you want, and at the same time help a beginner learn to be a better rider. This is the time to give back to your fellows who really need your help! Today we are eliminating the "hill" in order to enjoy the camraderie that comes with riding with a group-- additionally, we will have lunch in Redondo Beach, so you may want to bring your lock)!
Bring flat kit (2 tubes) and energy bars and CASH for lunch so paying your own tab is easier for everyone if you have small bills. Thanks in advance!
